Refund policy

1. Failed videos are never charged: credits held for a video that our system could not finish are returned automatically.
2. Top-up packs: credits you have not used can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, in proportion to the unused credits. Write to billing@example.in or use Help in the app.
3. Monthly plan credits are not refundable. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
4. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades take effect immediately and add the extra credits for the rest of the month.
5. Refunds go back to the original payment method (usually 5–7 working days) and we issue a GST credit note.
6. Credits are usable only for services on this platform; they are not cash, not transferable and expire as shown on the pricing page.
