Post to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

1. Connections: connect your Facebook Page (Instagram comes with it) and YouTube.
2. Approve the video (its post text is approved with it).
3. On the video page press Publish, choose the accounts, now or Schedule for later.
4. Publishing shows each post: Published (with link), Scheduled, or Failed with the reason and Retry. If a login expires we email you — press Reconnect in Connections.
